Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client, 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.

Please note:

• Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
