I obtained my massage license in 2012 from the Omaha school of massage in Omaha, NE. I have been licensed in multiple states (and still am) due to multiple moves and being a military spouse. Having to re-establish myself every few years was tough, but I am in Virginia & NC to stay! 

Whether you are looking to relax and have a spa type of massage or need pain relief, stretching, work on improving range of motion or to restore function, I can help! During your appointment tools I may use are hot stones, cupping, scraping, massage gun, hot towels and you can add aromatherapy all at no additional cost. 

Your massage time starts when the hands on portion begins and ends with hands off, none of your paid time includes consultation, dressing or undressing.
